Dr. Earl D. Young Sr.

     Pastor Young is the baby of 13 children and his 1^st passion after finishing High school was medicine and he enrolled at Louisiana State University to be a Brain Surgeon but God interrupted his plans.  

     Pastor Young is the Under-Shepherd and Founder of Grace Celebration Fellowship, intimately known to its members as GCF, which was started in his living room in December 2009.  We have seen God’s miraculous hand, provision and protection on the GCF Family.

     After serving in the military (where he was an honor graduate) and an overseas tour in West Germany, returning home to the United States in 1985 and serving in his home church, he was encouraged by his uncle the late Rev. Charlie Brew who was a pastor to enroll in bible school. 

     He enrolled in Liberty University Bible Collage where he got his biblical foundation, from there to Southwestern Bible College, then to The School of Theology and Apologetics from the country of India and from there He studied Apologetics at Southern Evangelical Seminary in North Carolina and finally to taking courses at Tyndale Theological Seminary.

     Pastor Young, has an earned Bachelor’s, Master’s and Doctorate degree in Theology and has started working on a 2^nd Master’s degree in Apologetics and a 2nd Doctorate in Divinity but he has put the latter two on hold due to ministry, teaching, preaching and writing demands.  He graduated at the top of his class with a 4.0 and was awarded the honor of Summa Cum Laude (Highest Academic Honor) in 2001.

     He is the author and writer of the Sunday School Lesson “Digging Deeper”, the writer of a daily devotional called “The Assignment”, a writer for the newspaper in his hometown called “The Colfax Chronicle”, a conference speaker and can be heard each Sunday Morning @ 8am on (KGGR 1040-AM Radio), the (KGGR 1040-AM App) or www.kggram.com.  Also each Sunday night @ 10pm CST, he can be heard on the (KGGR App) for Sunday Seminary.  Further, Pastor Young can be heard Monday thru Friday from 4pm to signoff live on (KGGR 1040-AM) and each Sunday at 11:30am he can be seen live on Facebook, @ Pastor Young or @ Grace Celebration Fellowship.

     Pastor Young is revered for his God given ability to defend the faith, to grasp deep, convoluted, theological truths and convey them in a way that a child can understand them.  He has taught in various secular and bible colleges here in Dallas Texas since 2000.  Pastor Young is the father of 1 son, Earl Jr.
